CHI Real Estate specializes in acquiring undervalued properties in the United States that represent significant opportunities for quick resale or development. CHI Real Estate also worked with industry experts to create Merico Ltd which specializes in real estate opportunities in Latin America. The Merico Ltd project strategy involves acquisition of property for development, marketing existing development opportunities to US investors, providing mortgage financing solutions to US buyers of property in Mexico and in providing mezzanine financing to developers in Latin America.
